In these sessions I help couples develop positive attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances. I provide guidance and tools to strengthen communication, while also creating a safe space for couples to reflect on unhealthy patterns that often create barriers to building trust.

Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support & be your cheerleader along the way! Therapy is a process of growth & self-discovery. In sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging new attitudes while holding you accountable and breakthrough unhealthy thoughts/behaviors.

Group therapy sessions help individuals to create connections with others who may be feeling or experiencing similar struggles.
